How many rooms are there at your hotel?
We have 17 rooms in 8 different categories. Most of our rooms are rock rooms that are in a natural fairy chimney. We differ from other rock hotels with this feature.
Can we watch the baloons from the hotel?
In most of our rooms and terrace you can watch the scenery of the valley and the balloons. However, since the wind decides the route of the balloons, they might fly in different directions.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we do.
Are there rooms for visitor with handicap or with difficulty in walking?
Yes, we have rooms available for our guests with walking difficulties or handicaps.
What are the times for check-in and check-out?
Our check in starts at 2 pm and check out is at 12 pm. Check in & check out times are flexible depending on the availability.
Do you have spa or massage at the hotel?
Although we do not own a spa center yet, we offer private massage service to your rooms.
Do you have wifi?
Yes, we have free wifi.
Do you have rooms for people with clausrophopia?
Yes, we have bright rooms with scenery.
Do you make reservations for baloon tours? Are they operating only in summer?
Yes, we do. Our hotel’s front office department serves as consierge. Balloon flights are scheduled all year round subject to weather conditions.
Does your restaurant only serve your hotel guests?
Our hotel’s restaurant, terrace cafe&bars serve guests outside the hotel. However, to avoid any inconvenience during increased demands we would advice our guests to book their tables in advance.
Can we smoke in the rooms?
Our rooms are non-smoking rooms. However, if our visitors let us know during the reservation, we can give them rooms with balcony.
Are your rooms airconditioned?
Currently we only have one airconditioned room available. However, since the rock rooms are naturally cool, they are naturally airconditioned.

What are the orecautions you take in your food services?
Our breakfast service is served in a la carte style. In food and beverage areas, our staff use protective equipment and frequently use disinfectants. All equipment used at the time of service such as forks, spoons, glasses, plates are washed in high temperature machines after each use and 100% hygiene is provided.
How is the room cleaning procedure?
Our personnel in charge of room cleaning work using masks and gloves. The team changes their gloves after every room cleaning. After cleaning all surfaces, we frequently disinfect important points (door handles, air conditioning buttons, safe buttons, lampshade buttons, telephone, remote control, bathroom metal fixtures, hair dryer handles, wc seats) .After the cleaning process is completed, we ventilate our rooms for at least 1 hour. . We increased the frequency of our bed cleaning.
What precautions were taken at the front office?
Our communication with our guests is carried out according to social distance rules. Accordingly, we created social distance lines in front of the reception desk with a distance of 1.5 meters. Cleaning and disinfection of our POS machines is done frequently. Your luggage and other belongings will be safely brought to your room by our employee who has provided personal protective equipment.
How do you clean the common use areas of the hotel?
Cleaning and disinfection of all gardens and general areas are carried out frequently and regularly.
